So why don’t dancers follow a specialized cross training plan like other athletes instead of just going to the gym to spend an hour on the elliptical? And what if cross training is the key to set you apart as a dancer?

At the start of each 6 week period you will receive a brand new workout plan allowing you to work towards different goals and stay motivated. All you have to do is follow along!

Who is the program for?

This program is designed for dancers of all levels and ages who want to enhance their strength, performance, and prevent injury. Whether you're a beginner looking to build a solid foundation or a professional aiming to fine-tune your skills, this program will meet your needs.

Is this program suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. The workouts can be modified by increasing rest time or lowering weight to accommodate your fitness level.

Is this just for ballet dancers?

This program is designed to benefit dancers of all styles including contemporary, modern, hip hop, jazz, Irish dancing etc.

What kind of results can I expect to see?

If you are consistent, you can expect to see an increase in your strength, power, coordination, agility, stamina, mobility and flexibility. This program also incorporates injury prevention exercises to decrease pain while dancing and contribute to career longevity. Feeling stronger in your body will also lead to an increase of confidence and body image.

How does the subscription work?

The program is available as a monthly subscription for $29.95 that renews every 4 weeks. Once you subscribe, you'll have access to new workouts and resources every 6 weeks, keeping your training fresh and effective. You can cancel at any time.

How should I space the workouts?

To maximize the benefits of the program, it’s recommended to space your workouts evenly throughout the week. For example, you could train on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, giving your body ample time to recover between sessions. However, the program is flexible, so you can adjust the days to fit your schedule as long as you aim for three sessions per week. Just drag and drop the sessions between days on your app in the calendar section.

What equipment do I need?

You will need at least one pair of dumbbells between 5-15 lbs (2-6 kg) and a sturdy box, chair or bench. It is helpful to have a heavier set of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance band, plyo box, medicine ball, and a barbell with plates, but it is not required.

How can I switch from the home to the gym program or vice versa?

If you want to switch, please contact via the contact form on this website or send Jordan a message in The London Attitude app. You will be transferred over to the other program without disrupting your app access.

How can I cancel my subscription?

In the original email confirming your subscription, you will have access to a customer portal to cancel, pause, or reactivate your subscription. When cancelling, you will be removed immediately from the community groups and lose access to the app. If you encounter any problems, please contact us via the contact form on the website.
